MBABANE- Music lovers packed Mdzimba View on Saturday night as Daliwonga headlined a high-energy Easter edition, backed by local DJs and a thrilling Young Zesh performance.

South African Amapiano singer Daliwonga gave fans at Mdzimba View a memorable Easter weekend performance on Saturday night, sharing both his music and his appreciation for Eswatini’s audiences.

While the turnout was modest, those who attended made the most of the evening, creating a warm and lively atmosphere at the popular entertainment spot. The event featured a strong mix of local DJs, with Sbu The Drum DJ, Bandora, Culolami, Slim Deep and DJ Tap Tap keeping the music flowing ahead of the headline act.

The DJs set a steady tone for the night, easing the crowd into the Easter edition with Amapiano favourites and dance tracks that kept guests engaged throughout the evening.

Their sets gave the event a distinctly local touch and helped maintain the energy inside the venue.

Another highlight came from Young Zesh, who delivered an energetic live performance before Daliwonga took to the stage.

His set was well received by the audience, with fans gathering closer to the stage and singing along to familiar lines.

When Daliwonga finally appeared, the crowd welcomed him warmly, with many eager to watch one of South Africa’s most recognisable amapiano voices perform live once again. Importantly, this was not his first time performing in Eswatini, something he acknowledged during his set.

Speaking to the reporters, Daliwonga said he is always happy to perform in Eswatini, praising the reception he continues to receive whenever he visits the country.
