MBABANE – Itsallblaq Blaq, known for her work as a DJ and professional dancer, has officially entered a collaboration with haircare brand Perfect Choice Africa.

The partnership aligns the local entertainer with the South African-founded beauty brand, which specialises in hair maintenance and styling products. Perfect Choice Africa is widely recognised for its Pro-Strengthening system, featuring a range of products including hair food, oil moisturisers and charcoal-infused treatments designed for natural and processed hair.

As part of this engagement, Itsallblaq Blaq will represent the brand across various platforms, highlighting the synergy between her high-energy performance career and the brand’s focus on hair health and durability.

In an interview, Itsallblaq stated how the collaboration came about, noting that she has worked hard to become the multi-award-winning DJ she is, but her brand is not restricted to being a DJ.

“I am also a model, co-producer, businesswoman, events specialist, clothing brand CEO of ‘No Angel By BlaQ’ and I have worked in the commercial industry before.

Constantly improving and maintaining my brand comes with the benefits of appealing to other brands that feel like I can align with them, fortunately that brought this opportunity for me to work with Perfect Choice Africa. I was contacted for the opportunity at the beginning of the year and remain grateful and ready for more opportunities God provides,” she said.

She further elaborated that this opportunity means a lot to her, just as every single step forward in her career.

“I take every brick I use to build this empire very seriously. From every photoshoot, business opportunity, outreach programme I’m a part of, every studio session I am in to every live performance. I give no less than my best with every single brand I collaborate or work with because professionalism is my priority.

For me, this is an addition to the many accolades in my career, because my brand is bigger than just music or the entertainment industry and this is an example of just that,” she said.

The brand has a significant presence in the Eswatini market, frequently hosting regional activations and maintaining a presence at major local events, such as the MTN Bushfire Festival.
