Standard Bank Eswatini, in partnership with Eswatini Auctioneers, will host a high-value bank repossession auction featuring a wide range of commercial vehicles and heavy plant machinery next week.

The public auction will take place on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 11am at the Standard Bank Warehouse below Ruchi in Matsapha, offering buyers an opportunity to acquire well-known truck brands, utility vehicles and forestry equipment under reserve pricing.

Items on offer include truck tractors, flatbed trucks, side tippers, logging equipment, harvesters and utility vehicles.

Among the highlights are a 2020 Land Rover Defender 110, Scania G460 truck tractors, a Mercedes-Benz Actros 2645 LS, Hino 300 4-ton trucks, Toyota Hilux 2.4 GD6 Extra Cab, as well as forestry machinery such as Bell Skogger loggers, Dezzi cable skidders and a Bell Warath H290 harvester head.

According to the auction catalogue, most of the assets are runners, with a few non-runners clearly indicated, allowing buyers to make informed purchasing decisions. Mileage and operational hours have also been disclosed for transparency.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to attend viewing sessions scheduled from yesterday, 5, 6, 9 and 10 March, between 9am and 3pm, at the auction venue. Registration requires a refundable E10 000 deposit, while a 5 per cent buyer’s premium will apply on all successful bids.

The auction is expected to attract transport operators, contractors, farmers and forestry businesses looking to expand or upgrade their fleets at competitive prices.
