MBABANE – The wait is over.

The Eswatini National Arts and Culture Awards, NACA 2026, has officially unveiled the nominees for the Lubombo Region Best DJ category.

The announcement marks a significant moment for the region’s entertainment scene, as it recognises disc jockeys whose dedication, creativity and artistry have helped shape the sound of Lubombo. Each nominee has earned their place through consistent performances, support for local talent and a clear contribution to the growth of the arts and culture sector in the region.

NACA organisers stated that the Best Regional DJ award seeks to honour individuals who have gone beyond entertaining crowds to become cultural ambassadors within their communities. In Lubombo, DJs have played a central role in bringing people together at events, promoting Eswatini music and creating platforms for emerging artists. Their influence continues to be felt across festivals, radio and community gatherings.

Voting for the prestigious award is now officially open and members of the public have been invited to take part in deciding who will be crowned NACA 2026 Best Regional DJ for Lubombo.
