Today marks a major milestone for the local entertainment industry as the Embiveni Biggest Braai celebrates its 10th anniversary edition, dubbed the Agape edition.

The Biggest Braai remains one of the most vital cultural and charitable festivals in the country. Year after year, it gathers families from across the nation for a single compassionate purpose: raising funds to support and give back to the elderly community.

Makhadzi returns to headline event

Award-winning South African music superstar Makhadzi is returning to Eswatini for her fourth local performance. Her headlining slot at today’s Embiveni Biggest Braai – 10th Agape Edition further solidifies her strong bond with local music fans.

The highly-anticipated show marks another major chapter in the singer’s flourishing relationship with the kingdom’s entertainment scene. Over the years, Makhadzi has become a beloved and familiar face on Eswatini’s biggest stages.

She previously thrilled packed crowds at Solani’s Shisanyama, delivering a stunning set at the internationally renowned MTN Bushfire Festival and headlined an unforgettable show at Mdzimba View Shisanyama where her electric performance left fans demanding an immediate return.

Every single visit to the country has drawn massive crowds. The celebrated performer has built a firm reputation for delivering explosive live shows that seamlessly blend power-packed vocals, brilliant dance choreography and magnetic audience interaction. Her repeated bookings across Eswatini reflect both her immense regional popularity and the relentless demand for her live shows among emaSwati.

Maskandi’s Feza Langa makes debut

Fans of the Maskandi genre are in for a special treat at this year’s landmark edition. Feza Langa is an exciting emerging artist whose music balances raw emotion with modern African rhythms. Rooted in traditional storytelling, his work acts as a dynamic bridge between contemporary Afro-pop, soulful melodies and cultural soundscapes.

Known for smooth vocal execution and heartfelt songwriting, the musician explores relatable themes of love, personal growth and resilience. Every track is built with clear emotional depth, drawing listeners into the underlying story behind the music. Whether performing high-energy anthems or stripped-down acoustic ballads, Feza’s ability to convert genuine feelings into song makes him an essential artist to watch.

The South African sensation joins a strong line-up of local talent. Fan favourite Thaifo Son will deliver a captivating main-stage set, while Lord F is set to dominate the DJ decks to ensure attendees stay entertained throughout the event with over 10 local acts for the show.
