NHLANGANO – Four men have been arrested for allegedly defrauding a woman E259 000 by promising her they would venture into business with her.

The quartet appeared in the Shiselweni Magistrates Court facing two charges, one of theft by false pretences and contravening the Central Bank of Eswatini Order of 1974 as amended.

The offences were committed between March 2022 and September 2025.

According to the charge sheet, the accused are Bongani Ndzinisa (43) of Ticantfwini, Nkosinathi John Dlamini (40) of Mangcongco and Bhekisisa Eric Ngwenya (53) of Thunzini. They all face the charge of theft by false pretences.
