MBABANE – A recent post appearing on Lady Sphesh’s official Facebook page yesterday morning sent ripples through social media.
The post, which quickly garnered a lot of attention and shares, stated that Lady Sphesh was concluding her highly publicised partnership with the Phakama Media Group.
The abruptness of the announcement immediately sparked speculation about a potential fall-out or a major shift in her career strategy.
The post, which has since been removed, reads: “Renowned Eswatini vocalist Lady Sphesh has officially concluded her partnership with Phakama Media Group, following the natural expiration of their contract.
“The decision to part ways was mutually agreed upon, allowing Lady Sphesh to pursue new opportunities as an independent artist.
“Throughout her time with Phakama Media Group, Lady Sphesh has built a strong reputation for her distinctive voice and artistic integrity.”
