MBABANE – The ‘timetable’ for the most anticipated academic-themed celebration is officially complete.
Organisers of the Back 2 School Party at Mdzimba View Shisanyama have finally pulled back the curtain on the supporting line-up set to join South African Amapiano heavyweight Leehleza on February 7, 2026. The reveal follows weeks of mounting buzz after the ‘Umshove’ hitmaker was confirmed as the event’s ‘Prefect’. Fans should get ready to sing along with him the lyrics ‘Aaah aaah aah!’, from his latest song Tobetsa 3.0.
Tasked with maintaining the high-octane energy before and after Leehleza takes the podium are local deck-masters. Leading the supporting class are the celebrated birthday duo Sbu De Drum DJ and Sgitha famously known as Intwana yama 2k, who recently had a Denim and White gala in November 2025 that created the groundswell of demand for Leehleza’s return.
By securing him for the Back 2 School at Mdzimba View Shisanyama, organisers are signalling a commitment to giving the public what they want. “We are bringing him back because of the demand from his fans,” Sbu De Drum DJ, one of the event organisers confirmed.
The lineup also includes Zulu D, AyaCity, Bandora, Thaifo Son, DJ Black, Sweet Shandis, Sbu De Drum DJ and Menzi, a lineup that will showcase a blend of genres during the daytime vibes event. The roll call overseer is Bayanda.
The event also carries a playful ‘Back 2 School’ theme, a theme requiring attendees to come adorned in school wear, including uniforms, school blazers, bags and school shoes.
Mdzimba View Shisanyama has solidified its status as Eswatini’s premier entertainment hub, having hosted South African icons like Kabza De Small, Scotts Maphuma, Mshunqisi, Makhadzi and other artists throughout 2025.
