Nomalusi Thwala is a dedicated nail technician offering professional nail care and beauty services. Her business is built on the belief that beauty is not only about appearance, but also about helping clients feel confident, valued and comfortable.

What started as a small venture with no clients and limited experience has now grown into a promising business. Through practice, patience and determination, Thwala has steadily built a growing clientele that trusts her skills and creativity.

Her services include nail extensions, gel application, nail art and a variety of modern nail designs tailored to each client’s preference. She prides herself on delivering quality work, paying close attention to detail, and ensuring every client leaves satisfied.

“My goal is to provide high-quality nail services, satisfy my clients and continue growing my customer base through hard work, creativity and dedication,” she said.

Thwala envisions expanding her business into a fully established beauty salon that offers a wide range of beauty services while also creating employment opportunities for others.

She attributes her growth to consistency and a positive mindset, describing herself as a hardworking and encouraging leader who values patience and continuous improvement.

Customer satisfaction remains at the heart of her work. She believes in listening carefully to clients, respecting their preferences and ensuring they feel appreciated throughout their experience. Beyond her technical skills, Thwala uses her journey to inspire others. She encourages aspiring entrepreneurs to remain strong despite challenges such as slow progress and setbacks.

“The journey is not easy. You will face challenges, but consistency and patience will lead to success,” she advises.

Her greatest motivation is her daughter, whom she hopes to provide with a better future. This personal drive pushes her to work harder each day and remain focused on her goals.

To stay inspired, she is currently reading ‘Your Best Life Now’ by Joel Osteen, a book she says helps her maintain a positive outlook and stay focused on growth. From humble beginnings to a growing brand, Thwala’s journey reflects resilience, passion and the power of believing in one’s dreams.
