Eswatini offers visitors an authentic African travel experience defined by rich cultural heritage, diverse natural landscapes and genuine hospitality.
It is a safe, peaceful and welcoming destination that allows travellers to experience wildlife, culture and nature in an intimate and uncrowded environment, thus making Eswatini the destination of choice.
This festive season, four of the country’s leading digital voices share their insights on the kingdom’s hidden gems and their roles in the latest national tourism campaign.
We asked each of them a set of interesting questions: What are the key messages you want to convey about Eswatini as a tourist attraction, give your top three national attractions that tourists should definitely experience in the country, what type of content did you specialise in that attracted Eswatini Tourism to work with you on their campaign, who do you think is your ideal target audience for this campaign and why and What has been your highlight in the campaign by far?
The content creators did not leave any information out, as they gave us their honest answers whilst also plugging you to the best local tourist attractions not to miss this 2026!

When we speak of Eswatini, in the context of tourism, this is a destination that offers experiential tranquility. From each and every local holiday destination, you feel the warmth of Emaswati.
In the country, tourists can feel at home, safe and cared for. We have interesting national attractions, some that have our history well documented and some that allows you to connect with nature, in a very serene manner.
We have beautiful mountains in the kingdom and to experience the view from the top, I recommend Shewula Mountain Camp. We also have nature reserves almost in every region in the country and as such, Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary stands out for me, for its convenient location, interesting game drive and natural aesthetics. My third pick has to be Phophonyane Falls Eco lodge. For me, this place defines eco-tourism. It’s nicely quiet and the only sounds you hear are as natural (birds, soft blowing winds and water falls).
My journey with Eswatini Tourism started in March, when we promoted the Kingdom of Eswatini through a structured Easter Campaign. There is no content that I created in particular that targeted Eswatini Tourism. However, I believe how I have been consistent with speaking positively about organisations and their brands led me onto this track. Also, my personal lifestyle as a teacher and personal brand positioned me for this current role. I borrow so much exposure from past influencer marketing campaigns. I occasionally take myself out, take nice pictures and engage with a wider audience in social media through brand reviews and storytelling.
