Womenare often expected to carry many roles at once – professional, mother, wife, daughter, sister, leader and caregiver. Yet, in the middle of meeting these expectations, many women can lose sight of the person behind all these responsibilities.

It is this reality that the Every Flower Must Bloom Summit and Conference seeks to address, bringing women together under the theme, ‘Her Whole Self – Flourishing in Full Bloom.’

Pastor Zandie Thwala- Pastor, Author, Businesswoman and International Conference Speaker is the host for the he Every Flower Must Bloom conference.

The two-day gathering will take place from Friday, October 30 to Saturday, October, 31, 2026 at the Sword and Spirit Ministries Auditorium in Sidwashini, Mbabane. Presented by the Every Flower Must Bloom Movement under the auspices of Zandie Thwala Ministries, the initiative seeks to create a space where women can grow spiritually, emotionally, professionally and personally. The programme will begin with the Corporate Women’s Summit on the morning of Friday. The summit will bring together women professionals, corporate leaders and thought leaders for conversations around mental and emotional well-being, workplace visibility, executive sponsorship, financial independence, mentorship and leadership.

The keynote speaker will be Ndlunkulu Nozizwe Mulela-Zulu, Managing Director of EswatiniBank. Other speakers include Pastor Zandie Thwala, Dr Zama Dlamini-Manana, Thandeka Dlamini, Pastor Kevin Ward and Siyabonga Mabuza.

Dr Zama Dlamini-Manana will be joining us at the Corporate Summit to unpack crucial conversations around mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth.

While the morning summit will address some of the practical realities women face in the workplace and society, the conference will take a deeper spiritual approach.

The Every Flower Must Bloom Conference, which begins on Friday evening and continues on Saturday, will feature corporate worship, Word-based teaching, interactive sessions , practical discussions, healing and mentorship.

The organisers say the gathering is designed to remind women that flourishing is not limited to career success or financial achievement. It is also about emotional well-being, healthy relationships, spiritual growth, confidence and understanding one’s purpose.

The initiative also aims to build bridges between corporates, churches and communities, creating opportunities for mentorship, accountability and continued growth beyond the conference. Corporate Summit registration costs E650 per person, inclusive of lunch.

Thandeka Dlamini, Corporate Executive, Chartered Accountant (CA, SA), Mentor and Life Coach. She brings a wealth of knowledge on financial independence, workplace visibility, executive sponsorship and leadership development.

Corporates, churches, organisations and individuals are encouraged to participate and invest in the women who continue to shape families, workplaces and communities.

Ultimately, the message is simple: Every woman deserves the opportunity, support and space to bloom – not just in one area of her life, but as her whole self.
