SADC unites for fitness frenzy

MBABANE – The ONE Acrobathon was a triumph of regional spirit and endurance.

This is after The One Fitness Academy (TOFA) concluded its flagship event.

The 10-hour challenge saw fitness enthusiasts from across all Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries converge on the Mavuso Sports Centre, this past Saturday.

The marathon event was conceived by the S Team/The ONE Fitness Academy to create a dynamic platform for both physical testing and regional unity.

Participants rotated through a series of demanding challenges, including the choreographed intensity of Hilo, the power of box fitness and the complex footwork of step and step-box aerobics, culminating in a fiercely-competitive team challenge.
