SBS Netball festival lights up Mbabane Courts

MBABANE – Whistles will echo across the country this morning as the SBS Netball League ignites a packed schedule of flair and grit.

From the early morning showdown between Phoenix and Inferno in the men’s division at 8am, the tempo will be relentless. Buffaloes’ double billing — first against Manzini Ladies at 10:30am, then their men’s side locking horns with Royal Flames at 1pm — ensures the army side command centre stage. The afternoon crescendo belongs to ABC Academy and Royal Flames at 3:30pm, a fixture poised to close the elite programme in style.

Across the Hhohho region, Week Five of the Mbabane Zone delivers its own pulse.

Mbabane Raiders face Mummies Club at 9:30am before Raiders Masters meet Fire at noon. Eswatini TV add broadcast flair to the courts when they clash with Mbabane Raiders at 2:30pm.

Further afield, the Mpuluzi Zone in Manzini bubbles with intrigue as Real Masters tackle Young Stars at 11am, while Peace Eagles soar into battle against Young Friends at 10am. In the Mangcongco Zone, Dream Shooters, United Ladies and Juventus Ladies headline a fiercely competitive midday stretch.

The Phondo Zone promises six successive fixtures, where Lava Girls, Warrior Queens and Bombers Ladies trade blows in rapid succession. Meanwhile, the Siphofaneni/Big Bend corridor sees Ubombo Sugar face Siphofaneni at 10am, and Sithobela’s courts host Stone Brackers, Ngoni and Mbuzane in pursuit of crucial points.
