This renowned youth system, famous for producing PSG’s midfield maestro Fabián Ruiz, Real Madrid’s Dani Ceballos and the legendary Joaquín Sánchez, is now focusing its ‘Cantera’ philosophy on local prospects. Real Betis Academy Sports Director Juan Parra emphasised that the institution is transplanting its specific DNA of possession-based, attacking football into the local landscape.
