DJ Fresh to headline Dumisa’s birthday bash

MBABANE – Music lovers are gearing up for Dumisa’s birthday celebration this Saturday at The Destination, with South African DJ Fresh officially confirming his attendance.

One of Eswatini’s most anticipated lifestyle events this weekend is set to take place at The Destination, Lobamba, where entertainer Dumisa will host his birthday celebration alongside a line-up of celebrated local and regional acts.

The event, scheduled for Saturday, May 23, is expected to attract music lovers, socialites and partygoers from across the country. Promotional posters circulating on social media show that the celebration will feature renowned South African radio personality and DJ, DJ Fresh, as one of the headline acts.

Adding to the excitement surrounding the event, DJ Fresh also confirmed his attendance in a video he recently posted, which was later shared on Facebook by the organisers. In the clip, the veteran broadcaster and DJ invited fans to come through for the celebration, further building anticipation ahead of the weekend gathering.

The line-up also includes Dumisa himself as well as Shaft People from Botswana, promising a mix of House music, Amapiano and vibrant party sounds expected to keep guests entertained throughout the day and night. Several local DJs and entertainers are also expected to perform in support of the main acts.

The supporting line-up includes names such as Mavava, Cybos, Tibza II, Katz, Clouami, Curious Lounger, Mseto, Deenox, Lord F, DJ Mysto Funk, Maps G, Minido, Stixx and Simza. Organisers believe the variety of performers will offer something for every type of music fan attending the event.

The inclusion of DJ Fresh has particularly generated excitement, given his popularity across Southern Africa and his long-standing influence within the music and broadcasting industry. With a combination of established regional names and local talent, organisers are hoping the event will deliver a memorable experience for attendees.
