In a night that will be etched in the hearts of many for years to come, Prophet Elijah Fire hosted the much-anticipated Judgement Night All-Night Prayer, drawing thousands of worshippers from all walks of life to a divine gathering unlike any other.
The Hope Restoration Church auditorium in Manzini was filled to capacity, with overflow crowds spilling outside, braving the cold to remain part of the spiritual experience as the hall was already full. From 6pm on Friday until 8am the next day, the atmosphere was electric, charged with worship, prayer and the undeniable presence of God.
The night began with worship . A line-up of anointed men and women of God took to the pulpit, each delivering the Word with passion and fire.
Among the highlights was Bishop Short Gun Simelane, whose electrifying sermon set the church ablaze with spiritual fervor. Prophetess Ruth Light, daughter of Prophet Elijah Fire and leader of Mountain of Fire in Nhlangano, continued to fan the flames with her powerful worship and preaching.
As the clock struck midnight, Prophet Elijah Fire ascended the pulpit.
The atmosphere intensified as the prophet read from Acts 3: 1 – 8. This Scripture illustrated the transformative power of faith and divine authority. The lame man, who had been dependent on others his entire life, received not money – but healing – through the name of Jesus Christ. It was a reminder that spiritual restoration often surpasses material provision. The miracle was not just physical; it was a public testimony of God’s power, leading to praise and worship.
Prophet Elijah Fire emphasised that just as the man at the gate was lifted, so too would those who came to Judgement Night in faith be lifted out of their afflictions.
Alongside his spiritual sons, the Prophet further ministered with signs and wonders, delivering those tormented by evil spirits and offering prophetic words that touched lives and destinies.
A major highlight of the night was the guest artist, Siphiwo Ndoni of Tive Temhlaba fame, who ministered through song with a selection of praise and worship that reverberated throughout the hall. His anointed voice kept worshippers on their feet, dancing and praising God with joy.
Many worshippers had travelled from far, drawn by the reputation of the prophet and the miracles that follow Judgement Night each year:
“I came all the way from Durban after hearing testimonies of healing and deliverance. I couldn’t miss this night. What I experienced here tonight was beyond words,” Thandeka Ndaba said.
Thabo Nkonyane from Nhlangano echoed similar sentiments: “I’ve attended three Judgement Nights before, and each time, I’ve seen God move in ways that defy explanation. This year, I brought my sister who’s been battling illness. We believe this is her night of total healing and deliverance.”
“I attended Judgement Night for the first time last year. I had a huge sore on my leg which was not healing for years. I had gone to all the major hospitals in the country and wasted thousands of Emalangeni buying medication. Due to the desperation, my family even took me to several traditional healers, but nothing worked. The prophet just touched me once on the head and said, ‘It is done!’ From the next morning, the pain lessened, the sore started healing and I was completely healed after a week,” Sonto Malangwane said.
These testimonies reflect the growing reputation of Judgement Night as a place of miracles, healing and divine encounters.
On another note, Prophet Elijah Fire extended a heartfelt invitation to members of the public to
register for One-on-One sessions with him, which will be held this Saturday from 10am at the church premises in Manzini.
“Come with faith and expectation – your moment of divine encounter awaits. To register, contact 7617 4490,” he said.
