Behind every growing beauty brand is a story of passion, resilience and dedication. Simphile Yenziwe Dlamini, a young woman from Siteki, KaShoba, the Founder of Yenzie’s Nails and Piercings, is steadily building a name for herself in the beauty industry through hard work, consistency and a strong commitment to quality service.

Yenzie’s Nails and Piercings is a beauty service business that specialises in gel nail services and professional body piercings. The business focuses on helping clients feel confident, beautiful and comfortable, while receiving high-quality services in a clean and welcoming environment. “My vision is to grow Yenzie’s Nails and Piercings into a trusted beauty brand known for quality service, professionalism and empowering people to express themselves through beauty.”

Her mission reflects the same dedication to excellence and care. “My mission is to provide safe, hygienic and high-quality nail and piercing services, while creating a positive and comfortable experience for every client. “Like many successful businesses, Yenzie’s Nails and Piercings started from humble beginnings.

“My business started very small, with just basic tools and a few clients. Over time, through dedication and consistency, it has grown into a recognised beauty service where clients trust my work and continue to support my business.”

Today, the business proudly provides gel nail services and professional body piercing services, attracting clients who value both quality and a welcoming atmosphere. For Dlamini, creating positive energy within her business is just as important as delivering excellent results.

“I create a welcoming and respectful environment for every client. I believe positive energy starts with how you treat people, so I always aim to make my clients feel comfortable, valued and appreciated.”

As a leader, she describes herself as passionate and hardworking.

“I consider myself a passionate and hardworking leader who leads by example. I believe in continuous learning, discipline and maintaining high standards in my work.”

Maintaining strong relationships with clients has also played a major role in the business’s growth.

“I keep my clients happy by providing quality service, listening to what they want, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and ensuring they leave satisfied with the results.”

For those who aspire to become leaders and executive directors in their own fields, Dlamini offers simple but powerful advice. “I would encourage them to be patient, consistent and committed to their vision. Building a business takes time and dedication.

Challenges such as financial pressure, slow growth and competition are normal, but persistence and passion help you overcome them.”

Reflecting on her journey, she shares that while she always had a passion for beauty and business, she did not fully imagine how far the journey would take her. “I always had a passion for beauty and business, but I did not fully imagine how far it would grow.  I am grateful for the progress and excited for what the future holds.” Her motivation has always been deeply personal. “My driving factor has been the desire to build something for myself, improve my life and create opportunities through my skills.”

Outside of running her business, Dlamini continues to grow her knowledge and mindset for success.

“I am currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, a book by Robert Kiyosaki, that focuses on financial literacy and building the mindset needed to grow successful businesses.”

Through dedication, passion, and a clear vision for the future, Dlamini continues to build a brand that not only provides beauty services, but also empowers clients to express themselves with confidence.
