MBABANE – Vusimuzi Maculuve is set to get engaged to his third soon-to-be wife on Saturday, August 30, following his divorce from his second wife, Lindelwa Shongwe, a year ago.

In an interview with this publication, Maculuve remarked that the most interesting aspect of his upcoming marriage is that he is marrying someone with the Shongwe surname once again. He also mentioned that he posted a card without specifying the date, location or time of the wedding intentionally. Additionally, he shared that he is getting engaged on Saturday, but will not reveal the venue.

He posted on his Facebook page stating: “Akulahlwa mbeleko ngekufelwa, after one full year crying on my pillows, not eating for the first four months and not sleeping I have found love again with the help of God.” The invitation card he shared on Facebook reads: “Join us and celebrate where you are, The Apostolic-Bishop’s new find in the Lubombo Region, Luke 1:37. May I have your hand in marriage till death do us part. Mntimandze wami lomuhle Simomotho.”

Maculuve expressed that he still believes in love, stating: “I have children. Who is going to give them proper guidance? I am a musician, therefore, I am sometimes not at home at night. Children need a mother figure in their lives.
