MBABANE – His stellar performance between the sticks has successfully attracted international recognition.

This is MTN Premier League giants Mbabane Swallows goalkeeper, Bongiswa ‘Romerio’ Dlamini, who has successfully secured a sponsorship deal with Keruso gloves, an established brand based in South Africa.

A source close to the former Manzini Wanderers player revealed that Keruso had been closely monitoring Dlamini’s progress and was highly impressed with his consistency and command in the goal area.

“He will, from now onwards, be exclusively using Keruso gloves during games, as the first package has already been delivered to him,” the source confirmed.

In a statement, Keruso disclosed that the brand is driven by a simple belief: every goalkeeper deserves access to elite performance gear.

“Our mission is to create professional-quality goalkeeper gloves that are both affordable and accessible, enabling keepers of all backgrounds to grow, compete and excel,” the statement read.

As a Christian brand grounded in the meaning of their name— ‘to preach’ or ‘to proclaim’ — Keruso stated its commitment to upholding biblical principles in every interaction, product and decision.

“We strive to serve with integrity, inspire confidence and empower goalkeepers to rise to their full potential and compete with the best,” the statement added.

Meanwhile, the towering goal-custodian expressed his gratitude for the opportunity and confirmed he is looking forward to wearing the gloves.

“I am hoping for the best going forward with the Keruso brand,” Dlamini said.

He further urged local goalkeepers to support Keruso, noting that the company produces high-quality gloves in all sizes.
