ESWATINI SUGAR®INVITATION TO TENDER

Eswatini Sugar® is the umbrella organisation of sugar millers and growers in the country, and amongst its key functions is the marketing of sugar and molasses. Tenders are invited from registered companies for the provision of the following service:

PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT MLAWULA SUGAR SIDING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES OFFICES (SIMUNYE)

Interested and qualifying companies may obtain further details by purchasing an electronic copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) which will be available from 1st September 2026 from the Executive Administration Officer at:

phumile@eswatinisugar.co.sz

The RFP can be obtained by making an EFT payment of E500.00 (account details to be provided on request).

The deadline for buying of RFPs is 08 September 2026 at 16h30.

The closing date for submission of tenders is Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at 10h00 hrs.

Late or any other form of submission is not acceptable.
