INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLYING, PACKAGING AND DELIVERY OF PUPILS STATIONERY PACKS FOR ALL PUBLIC PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN 2026/2027

TENDER REFERENCE NO: OP/203/ED OF 2026/2027

The Ministry of Education and Training invites sealed Tenders from local, eligible and qualified Tenderers for Supplying, Packaging and Delivery of the 231 618 Pupils’ Stationery Packs for All Public Primary Schools in eight (8) sub-regions, namely; Pigg’s Peak, Mbabane, Manzini, Mankayane, Siteki Top, Siphofaneni, Nhlangano and Hluthi in 2026/2027.

The invitation to Tender document can be obtained at a non-refundable price of E300 (three hundred Emalangeni), to be paid at Mbabane Revenue Office) A/C number: 301/1102/21132. The documents will be sent as soft copies after the submission of a proof of payment in office 109 at the Ministry of Education and Training Head Quarters Building in Mbabane, hard copies will be available on request.

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, which must be marked as follows:
“The Secretary to Eswatini Government Tender Board”
Treasury Building,
Mhlambanyatsi Road,
MBABANE”

Further the envelope must be marked with the following information: ‘Ministry of Education and Training, ‘Tender NO: OP/203/ED of 2026/2027 ‘Supplying, Packaging and Delivery of Pupils Stationery Packs for All Public Primary Schools 2026/2027. ‘Do not open before 09.00a.m. on the 23rd October, 2026.

Tenders must be delivered to the offices of Eswatini Government Tender Board, Treasury Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road, Mbabane, Eswatini, by 09.00 a.m 23rd October, 2026 and deposited in the Treasury Tender Box.

Tenders received on time by the latest date and time for submission will be opened at the Treasury Building on the 23rd October, 2026 at 09.00a.m. Tenders not deposited in the Treasury Tender Box, as well as late, telegraphic, electronic and faxed tenders will not be considered. Tenderers may attend the opening procedure.

The documents specifies in “Instructions to tenderers”, including copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate, valid and certified Labour Compliance Certificate, current certified copy of ENPF Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Form J, current Form C, Original General Receipt, VAT Registration certificate, Valid and certified Trading Licence, Manufactures Authorisation, Police clearance for Directors and original tender Security of E15 000 from a recognised Insurance Company or bank or Properly complete form for tender security as attached on the document must be included in the Tender.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any proposal.
