Swazi Rally 2025: E270K grand prize bike heads to SA

SIDVOKODVO – A South African woman named of Tshepi Phoku won the Suzuki GSX-S 1000 GX motorcycle at the Swazi Rally.

The event featured a tense draw where the first three numbers announced on the microphone did not immediately appear at the stage. Phoku’s number was called out shortly after and she was declared the winner. Speaking to this publication, she expressed her surprise and joy at her victory.

“I came all the way from Witbank with my husband. He was riding and I tagged along to experience the rally. I am happy to have won the bike; words cannot really show how grateful I am. I want to thank the Swazi Rally team for giving me such a golden opportunity, which will forever live in my memories,” she said.

SA’s Oskido praises Bandora Da DJ

SIDVOKODVO – South African legendary musician and producer Oskido has praised Bandora Da DJ who is a local DJ, describing him as an incredible DJ.

Oskido was seen engaging in conversation with Bandora before taking to the decks. After delivering a vibrant set that left bikers in awe, he shared insights into their discussion.

“So when I was about to take over the stage, I was greeting him and also telling him he has talent. He is an amazing DJ and he nicely prepared the crowd for me as I found the room filled with energy,” he said. Bandora Da DJ, a Hip Hop DJ from the kingdom, recently caught the attention of a prominent South African figure, actor Khumbulani Kay Sibiya, during a show at Espinho Restaurant earlier this year.

Oskido also mentioned that he is working on new music, aiming to revive some of his classic tracks.
