Meet Neliswa Dlamini, a passionate advocate for strength, wellness and sustainable living.
On c e h eld back by poor health, she transformed her life through fitness and nutrition. Now stronger than ever, she inspires others to start where they are, trust the process and become the healthiest version of themselves.
“I looked in the mirror and did not like what I saw and how I felt,” said Dlamini. Overweight and facing the many side effects of poor health, her life was marked by constant fatigue, skin issues and breathlessness from the simplest of activities.

STRUGGLE
Dlamini would struggle to sleep because her skin was breaking out. Walking short distances left her gasping for air and even something as simple as fitting into her clothes became a source of anxiety to her because of her weight.
Fast forward to today; she is strong, healthy and full of energy.
She has lost an impressive 15kg and has completely transformed her lifestyle, not just her body.
Her secret is a commitment to strength training, clean nutrition and surrounding herself with the right people.
Strength training changed the game for her and it helped her build muscle while losing body fat.
For Dlamini, the kitchen became her most powerful gym. She prioritises fibre, protein and hydration. “Nutrition is everything and ever since I started practising it that was where I really saw the difference and stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on fuelling my body the right way,” she shared. Her journey was not about crash diets or punishing workouts, but it was about sustainability.
“Start small, do what is comfortable for you,” she advised. She also added that choosing a sustainable approach and trusts the process. The results come, but only if you’re patient.”
Another crucial element in her transformation is community. “You are the company you keep. Being around like-minded people who value health and wellness helped me stay focused. We encourage each other, we push each other and we remind each other why we started.

EMOTIONAL
While her physical transformation is striking, the mental and emotional changes have been just as similar.
She now sleeps better, breathes easier and carries herself with confidence. “I feel alive again,” she said.
Looking at her today, you would never guess the struggles she once faced. When people ask her age she loves the look of surprise on their faces.
“My energy, my skin, even how I carry myself, people cannot believe I am the same person. It is the best feeling in the world,” she said.
With strength training, clean nutrition, a strong support system and self-belief, she turned her life around and inspired those around her to do the same. The fitness bunny in her
