Wellness coordinators are becoming an essential part of today’s workplaces. They help lift employee morale, reduce absenteeism, boost productivity and support staff retention, making a real difference to an organisation’s overall success.

IDM’s training is designed for HR practitioners, wellness officers, supervisors, administrators and anyone passionate about creating a supportive and healthy work environment.

As more organisations recognise that employee well-being is a key driver of growth, IDM’s Workplace Wellness Coordinator Training offers a valuable opportunity for professionals to shape positive workplace culture and help build teams that are healthier, happier and more engaged.

As organisations face increasing pressures from workplace stress, burnout and rising employee support needs, the call for structured wellness programmes continues to grow louder.
