Bell said the insurer aims to change how funeral cover is experienced. “Too often, the process has been slow, confusing and impersonal at the moment when families deserve compassion and certainty. Sizotsa changes that.

It is simple to understand, quick to access and designed around the realities families face.”He added that Old Mutual is committed to higher service standards across the market. “We’re introducing faster claims processing, clearer terms and stronger support networks for beneficiaries.  We are committing Old Mutual Eswatini to a standard of service that elevates the entire market.” Sizotsa is available immediately through Old Mutual Eswatini’s broker network, branches and via WhatsApp enrolment, as the company begins a nationwide rollout supported by community campaigns and broker training initiatives.
