That is where the charm of no-heat lunchbox meals comes in.Ham Pinwheel Wraps with Veggie SticksPrep time: 10 minutes Ingredients:• Whole wheat tortillas• Sliced Ham• Cream cheese or slices of cheese• Lettuce• Shredded carrots or cucumber stripsMethod1. Spread cream cheese or layer sliced cheese on the tortilla.2. Layer Ham, lettuce and veggies.3. Roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.4. Pack with a side of veggie sticks and a small fruit.Cottage Cheese Power Bowl Ingredients:• ½ cup cottage cheese• ½ avocado, sliced• ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved• ¼ cup cucumber, diced• 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds or chopped nuts• A handful of baby spinach or lettuce• Salt and pepper, to taste• Optional: drizzle of olive oil or balsamic glaze Method:1. Layer greens at the bottom of your lunch container.2. Spoon in cottage cheese and add sliced avocado on one side.3. Add tomatoes and cucumber in separate sections.4. Sprinkle sunflower seeds or nuts on top.5. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil or balsamic if desired.6. Seal the container and refrigerate until ready to grab and go.Avocado Tuna Salad Wraps Ingredients• 1 ripe avocado (mashed)• 1 can of tuna in olive oil (drained)• 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)• 1 tbsp lemon juice• Salt and pepper to taste• Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)• Whole wheat wraps or lettuce leaves Method1. In a bowl, mix the mashed avocado and drained tuna.2. Add mayonnaise (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.3. Stir until well combined.4. Spoon the mixture into wraps or lettuce leaves.5. Garnish with fresh herbs and roll them up.
