The spiritual community witnessed a momentous and deeply symbolic occasion on Friday, December 5, 2025, as the Upper Room of Prayer Office was officially dedicated and opened.

The atmosphere was filled with reverence and anticipation, marking a new chapter for the ministry and its global prophetic mandate. Delivering the welcoming remarks, Prophet Promise affirmed that the gathering was ‘not a celebration of a building; it is a testimony of God’s faithfulness,’ emphasising that the newly unveiled facility stands as undeniable evidence of an ‘unchanging God.’

Prophet Promise explained that the Upper Room of Prayer Office is ‘more than an office’; it is a prophetic milestone, what he described as the fulfilment of a divine instruction delivered by God Himself.

Platform

The mandate was clear: to build a platform ‘sanctioned by Heaven for encounters, impartations, direction and transformation’, a place designed and constructed ‘according to the pattern shown by God’.

Every detail, from the architecture to the excellence of the décor, was executed under ‘divine direction,’ ensuring that the space would embody its spiritual purpose.

Thoughtfully structured, the office has been developed to function as a spiritual epicentre with four core components:

• A prayer hub

• A prophetic consultancy centre

• A spiritual development room

• A prophetic archive and destiny management centre

Each room carries a distinct prophetic function, collectively creating what Prophet Promise called a ‘prophetic environment, a place where destinies can be aligned, where burdens are lifted, and where the next generation of ministers can be shaped.’

The ministry envisions the office as a sacred ground where individuals will receive revelation, clarity, spiritual empowerment and impartation for destiny fulfilment.

During the dedication, a heartfelt message was directed to the Ministry Partners. Prophet Promise referred to them as ‘the backbone, the first responders, the carriers of the burden of the vision.’

He shared the divine instruction that partners are entrusted with ensuring that ‘every need of this office is catered for, through giftings, talents, abilities, spiritual strength and through financial support.’ He underscored that by offering God the ‘first and the best of everything you produce,’ the Partners sustain the work of the vision, positioning themselves to continue receiving overflowing grace connected to the ministry.

Since 2012, the ministry has earned the name ‘The Place of Strange Testimonies’, witnessing ‘unexplainable breakthroughs,’ ‘supernatural healings’ and ‘miracles that defy human understanding.’ The opening of the Upper Room of Prayer Office is not an ending, but a prophetic beginning, ‘a launching pad for a higher dimension of grace.’ Prophet Promise proclaimed that the ministry is now stepping into a season marked by ‘greater access,’ ‘greater prophetic connection’ and ‘greater territorial impact.’

As he declared, the new office signifies expansion, influence and prophetic governance. It is a prophecy, one that points to a future where ‘nations will come to seek counsel’ and where the ministry’s mandate will reach farther than ever before.
