From a small office space in Mbabane town to a spacious, luxurious and therapeutic beauty sanctuary, Eswatini Beauty Bar has grown into a symbol of dedication, creativity and customer-centred service in the country’s beauty industry.Founded in 2022 by Simphiwe Motsa, the business has evolved over the past four years into a trusted beauty destination offering a wide range of services including make-up, nail care, hair installation and eyelash extensions.

Reflecting on her journey, Motsa described Eswatini Beauty Bar as her ‘baby’ that has grown through love, resilience and consistent effort. She said the experience of working closely with clients has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of her career, allowing her to meet and serve many women who continue to inspire her daily.

“Our vision is to provide exceptional beauty services. We pour our hearts into creating unforgettable experiences where every touch, every smile and every moment is designed to leave clients feeling seen, pampered and confidently radiant,” she said. She further explained that the business operates as a space where beauty meets serenity, with the aim of offering not just services, but a calming and uplifting experience for every client. What began as a compact set-up where clients would come in for quick, direct services has now transformed into a more refined and comfortable environment that reflects the brand’s growth and commitment to excellence. Motsa attributes the positive atmosphere within her business to the values she upholds, including respect, professionalism and ensuring that every client leaves satisfied. She emphasised the importance of communication and personalisation in delivering quality service experience. In describing her leadership style, she noted that she is largely decisive and hands-on in her work, ensuring she remains directly involved in service delivery, while guiding clients with professional advice when needed.

“I make sure clients get exactly what they want by listening carefully, communicating effectively and maintaining professionalism at all times,” she said.

For aspiring beauty entrepreneurs, Motsa advises patience, consistency and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. She highlighted that success in the industry requires the ability to customise services according to individual client needs in order to build loyalty and trust.
