MBABANE – Stucky Motors Group has acquired Swazi Truck and Bus, marking a significant ownership change for one of Eswatini’s established commercial-vehicle businesses.

The company was previously owned by the ETTC and has now officially become part of the Stucky Motors Group. The acquisition signals a new chapter for Swazi Truck and Bus, with expectations of strengthened operations and expanded business opportunities under the new ownership.

In a notice issued to customers and business partners, Swazi Truck and Bus confirmed that while ownership has changed, all existing customer relationships, services and commitments will continue as usual.

The company expressed appreciation to ETTC for its role in managing the business over the years and for ensuring a smooth transition.

“We would like to thank ETTC for its stewardship of Swazi Truck and Bus and for ensuring a smooth transition,” the company said.

Swazi Truck and Bus reassured customers that its core mission remains unchanged, with continued emphasis on reliable service, quality products and consistent customer support.

“Our focus remains on providing reliable service, quality products, and ongoing support to our customers,” the statement read.

Becoming part of the Stucky Motors Group is expected to provide Swazi Truck and Bus with access to broader resources, technical expertise and potential product expansion, strengthening its position in Eswatini’s commercial vehicle market.

The company said it looks forward to continuing to serve customers under the new ownership.

“We look forward to continuing this journey together and serving you under the new ownership. Thank you for your continued support,” the statement concluded.
