With so many learning platforms available, there’s no excuse to hold yourself back. Take a page from Mlandvo Nsika Mazibuko, who’s studying Digital Marketing and Sales for free on YouTube.

He believes that studying is about more than just regurgitating facts; it’s about developing mental toughness and discipline. “When you study, you are not just learning facts; you’re building the foundation for success,” he says. “You are developing the skills to analyse situations, make informed decisions and stay ahead of the game. In today’s fast-paced world, knowledge is power and those who don’t educate themselves will get left behind.”

JUGGLING LIFE: THE ART

OF BALANCE

So, how does Mazibuko manage to balance his studies, work and social life? He says it all comes down to discipline and prioritisation. “You need to be strategic about how you allocate your time and energy. Focus on what’s essential, eliminate distractions and don’t be afraid to say no to things that don’t align with your goals,” he advises. As a content creator for IBA World Changers, Mazibuko applies the same principle to his daily routine. He’s built a schedule that works for him and sticks to it. He believes in taking control of your time, rather than letting others dictate it. “When you’re disciplined and focused, you can create content that resonates, crush your goals and still have time for socialising and relaxation.” He adds that it’s not about achieving perfect balance, but about making consistent progress while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Stay sharp, stay focused and you’ll be unstoppable.
