A wellness entrepreneur is making her mark in Eswatini’s growing health and lifestyle space through a juice brand focused on natural healing and nutrition. Mandisa Dlamini, founder of a cold-pressed juice business, is steadily building a name around holistic wellness, offering products designed to nourish the body from the inside out.

She describes her business as more than just a juice company, but a well-driven movement aimed at promoting healthier living. “I am the founder of a wellness-focused juice business that specialises in cold-pressed juices, health shots and natural products designed to nourish the body from the inside out”, she says.

Dlamini’s brand promotes holistic living by combining nutrition, healing and convenience for everyday people. Her vision is to become a leading wellness brand in Eswatini and beyond, inspiring healthier lifestyles and making natural, healing nutrition accessible to everyone.  The mission is to provide high-quality, natural and nutrient-rich products that support physical health, mental clarity and overall well-being, while empowering individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices.

From humble beginnings at home, she has grown her venture with limited resources into a structured business with expansion ambitions, including corporate supply opportunities. Her leadership style, she says, is rooted in purpose, discipline and positive energy. Dlamini describes her leadership approach as intentional and values driven, shaped by discipline, empathy and continuous growth. “Positive energy is central to both the working environment and customer experience,” she says.

Looking back on her journey, she says, her success has been shaped by resilience, discipline and a strong sense of purpose that goes beyond personal gain. The successful businesswoman’s journey has involved stepping out of fear and uncertainty, embracing discipline and consistency and building something meaningful with lasting impact.

Her growth is guided by continuous self-development through books such as ‘Atomic Habits’, ‘The 5 AM Club’, ‘The Mountain Is You’ and ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’. Dlamini also adds that while the path was not clear, the vision of building something meaningful has remained constant, shaping both the business and the individual behind it.
