If you admired me for what I was in the past but are now disappointed by my latest teachings, that’s perfectly fine. What I have realised is that there is a problem, you can either bury your head in the sand or pretend it does not exist, or face it head-on. If your former admiration was based on me calling a spade a digging instrument, then keep your admiration, because I am here to unveil the truth about why so many people remain stagnant, especially in Africa. Yes, I belong to the world changers, and we are the pulpit, pulling people from the pit. Our mission is clear: To make the comfortable uncomfortable and the uncomfortable comfortable.

Many people fail in life because they focus on changing the world instead of changing their own world first. Some still believe in group assignments instead of developing their uniqueness and bringing value to the marketplace. I remember telling you before to focus on what you are good at. That may have made you comfortable, but today, allow me to stretch you further. You are no longer a baby; you must focus on challenges if you want to make a good profit. My apologies to my comfortable brothers and sisters. A smooth road never makes a skilled driver. A clear sky never makes a great pilot. A life free from struggle never builds a strong person. The only people truly challenging the status quo are billionaires. They are the ones controlling you and me, regardless of how spiritual we are. If we fail to generate productive ideas, we can never rise above them, no matter how often we claim otherwise. Faith without action is dead.

How to change your own world

Find good ideas that others can benefit from, and see what you can gain from them in return. Do not wait for things to happen, make things happen. Stand in the gap by offering value to any .organisation. What I have realised is that there is plenty of work available, but too many people are searching for job interviews rather than understanding how things function. Many businesses are looking for individuals who can bring value to their organisations. Commit yourself to intellectual work; the world is waiting for the talents you have buried. Instead of being a job hunter, become a problem solver in your field of expertise. Challenge yourself to never settle for less until you succeed, because this world does not have enough crutches for lame excuses. Many people receive motivation daily, yet we see no real change. The time has come to take action. Keep the fires burning!
