Let’s get cooking!

  • Classic Mince Filling

Ingredients:

500g minced beef

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic and ginger paste

1 tsp curry powder

½ tsp turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp oil

Fresh coriander (optional)

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until golden.

Add garlic and ginger paste, then stir in the spices.

Add minced beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
