Eswatini Government has issued a tender for a supply of firefighting equipment.

THE Eswatini Government has invited tenders for the supply and delivery of specialised fire-fighting equipment, signalling an upgrade to the country’s emergency services.
The required is firefighting equipment and specialised (light-four wheel pump) vehicles.
The tender, issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, is for four-wheel pump vehicles for the Eswatini National Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services.
The tender document, reference number NO.188 of 2025/26, is available from the Central Transport Administration (CTA) Training Section in Mbabane for a non-refundable fee of E500. Bidders are required to attend a compulsory pre-tender meeting at the CTA Training Section on August 14, 2025 at 10am.

All tender submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Eswatini Government Tender Board at the Treasury Building in Mbabane by 09am on September 12, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened at the Treasury Building at 9am on the same day.
Period
A tender security of E50 000 is required for all company directors and must remain valid for a period of three months.
Foreign suppliers must provide an equivalent security. Government has reserved the right to not accept the lowest or any tender.
The required documents for submission include original tax clearance certificates, valid and certified Labour Compliance Certificates, valid and certified trading licences and other relevant certifications.
