Season’s greetings to all our wonderful customers, clients, guests and club members.

As we reflect on 2025, we do so with deep gratitude for the trust, loyalty and support you have shown us throughout the year.

You are truly the heart of the Ubombo Country Club (UCC) community and it has been a privilege to serve you, host you and celebrate life’s moments alongside you.

This Christmas, UCC invites you to slow down, gather your loved ones and indulge in something truly special. Our Carnival Lotta Foods Christmas Lunch has been carefully curated to capture the warmth, abundance and joy of the festive season, offering a table filled with flavour, tradition and a few indulgent surprises.

The journey begins with an impressive spread of appetisers. Comforting starches follow, including creamy gratinated potatoes, rice balls and dombolo dumplings, paired with festive vegetables.

At the heart of the lunch is our generous carvery station. Expect turkey roasted with orange and mustard glaze and cranberry sauce, fizzy glazed pork leg roast with apple and honey, slowly roasted rib eye with herb garlic marinade and red wine sauce, seared red snapper with dill sauce, plus a live stir fry station adding theatre to the experience. Traditional stews, fresh salads and build your own options ensure there is something for every palate.

No Christmas is complete without dessert, and our finale delivers with croquembouche, minced pie, amarula malva pudding, baked New York cheesecake, trifle, ant cake and ice cream galo

Adding to the cheer, a raffle draw will take place just after lunch, with prizes including:

1st prize – One night out for 2 people

2nd Prize – Bag of 25kg sugar

3rd prize – Lunch/dinner for 2 at the club.

Children will enjoy a dedicated kids retreat featuring bubble water slides, a jumping castle, trampoline, swimming and festive goodies. We are offering a 20% discount for children under 12, 10% discount for tables of 10 adults and above, and 7 % discount for tables of six adults.

Bookings are essential. Contact +268 2363 8298 or +268 7650 7750 to secure your table.

We look forward to sharing this festive meal with you and wish you a season filled with warmth, joy and togetherness.
