Let’s get cooking!

  • Classic Mince Filling

Ingredients:

500g minced beef

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic and ginger paste

1 tsp curry powder

½ tsp turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp oil

Fresh coriander (optional)

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until golden.

Add garlic and ginger paste, then stir in the spices.

Add minced beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.

Season with salt and pepper, and let the mixture cool before filling your samoosa wrappers.
