Classic Mince Filling

Ingredients:• 500g minced beef• Classic mince filling 1 medium onion, finely chopped• 1 tsp garlic and ginger paste• 1 tsp curry powder• ½ tsp turmeric• Salt and pepper to taste• 2 tbsp oil• Fresh coriander (optional)Method• Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until golden.• Add garlic and ginger paste, then stir in the spices.• Add minced beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.• Season with salt and pepper, and let the mixture cool before filling your samoosa wrappers.• Add chopped fresh coriander for extra flavour.
